Textile pants - what do you wear under them?

So I am curious (no, I do not want pictures!!!!), what does everyone wear under their textile or leather riding suit?

I currently wear chaps and jeans underneath, but if I am moving to a hotter climate I was wondering what people wear underneath those textile pants? Are shorts ok?

Under textile riding pants I wear riding jeans and sometimes additional armor. Under leather I like the Bohns armor but any similar product will do.
 
Boxers, jeans, or compression under armor type leggings. All depending on the weather.
 
If I wear my summer textiles its either boxers or thermal long johns, my others are proper over trousers so I wear whatever I want to wear when I get some place, sometimes it's a full business suit when commuting to work, others its just jeans and a t shirt.

Occasionally I wear extra armour under that too.
 
I usually wear mesh shorts. In the winter I will wear jeans under them. Because they are big enough for jeans, I have to wear something under them.
 
Jeans or Draggin jeans. It depends on how which pair of riding pants I wear. The new ones are Dainese with lots of armor, so I just slip them on over jeans.
 
I wear jeans under my Joe Rocket Ballistic overpants, and I wear gym shorts or thermal leggings under my leather pants. I really should wear my ForceField armored leggings under both, but I don't. I just wear them under my riding jeans. Think I'll start next season wearing them under everything and removing the knee armor from my overpants since it always is too high on my leg to do my knees any good in an off anyway.

Draggin jeans, regular jeans, or dress pants depending on where going. Then icon Stryker knee pads.

Boxers under the armored textiles... that's it.

no, not those!

I bought some winter "long johns" from sportsmans guide, they wick sweat away. If I'm out riding in the cold, I wear them... if going to work in the cold, just my work jeans... I find the jeans to binding for anything other than commuting.

Summer/warmer... I have some underarmor type long pants... again, bare legs against textile does not feel good to me, these keep me cool and wick away sweat.

Same with upper body, tried t-shirts... now I will only wear long sleeve heat or cold gear, underarmor type stuff.

I say "type", but I actually have a couple of UA shirts, I just don't like walking around looking all spandexy, so I've found some less spandexy Nike and other no name brand alternatives.
 
depending on weather ill have thermals on under my gear.... but i always wear jeans/pants/ shorts under my riding pants same with my jacket ill have different layers for the weather...

LOL. My textile riding pants are perforated. If it's hot, I've got some undies on because the riding pants won't go in the washer, and important stuff gets squished if it's not contained. If it's cold, I've got layers of stuff underneath.

Exactly what were you expecting? :eek: :p
