Hopefully this at least gets you thinking about ways to gear up a little more in the end, you'll do what you can/want to... we just don't like seeing the "guys, NOW I'm going to go ATGATT, because I have no skin left"....

o.k. let's get back to the pictures and just leave it at that. If you don't like being called out for not gearing up, don't take offense, it is an info thread, not meant to bash, but hopefully get you thinking about the consequences.

Looks like they were traveling pretty fast and once the huge truck hit the scooter he slammed on his breaks and wedged both of them between the tires and the road and pushed them along for 50 feet or so grinding along the pavement. Blood and skin was all over the line. That is truely one of the sickest things I've seen in my life. Like I said WAKE UP CALL to all who ride crazy without gear!!

EDIT: I would guess that the guy laying under the guard rail was the truck driver and he was horrified as to what he had done. I would have been.

Between the freezing cold weather and the fact the photogs I think are starting to lean toward not taking pics of guys in no gear, there just hasn't been much of anything for me to post up here in a while. That's a good thing IMO.

okay, here is a question for you guys. I have a screwy foot problem that most of you will never have to even consider. I wear 11 or 11 1/2 6E shoe (can't remember the length, it's worn off but the 6E is the major issue), as in beyond the normal wide and extra wide to pretty much extra extra extra wide.... lol. To be honest I could probably for for like an 8E....

What kind of riding boots come in something like that and have some kind of venting on them? I live in florida so I can't wear non-vented boots anymore.

Right now I have to wear size 12 1/2 because it's the only thing I can find to fit my foot and they are just walmart special steel toe boots that have no venting but are pretty damn sturdy but after even a short ride on my current bike my feet are drenched in sweat and it's not long after that they just stink like a SOB.

Suggestions please! lol.

contact places like MotorcycleGear.com (the new name of New Enough) :: Motorcycle Jackets, Helmets, Gloves, Boots, Luggage, Parts and More! and see if they have something in your size - vented part might be the bigger find other than size. good luck
