I agree... I like that shotgun. It is relatively cheap, but it is a good, durable, accurate gun.
I have the shot and slug barrels. Very accurate. Farrhest I havw tried slugs/sabots in my area is about 50 yards, but it is spot on.

So any of you guys into Airsoft? I've been wanting to do a lot more target shooting but just can't afford the guns I want, the ammo, and range time. I saw something on some random show on TV the other day where someone else was talking about the same thing and they decided to start getting into airsoft. I didn't realize that airsoft was actually used to train law enforcement. So I started doing a little research and realized that I could get a decent gun and a lot of ammo and everything needed for less than $200 and I can go out and shoot in my 1 acre back yard legally and have some fun. I found an awesome website that has TONS of different types of guns. Everything from simi auto pistols to full auto assault rifles. Pretty much all modeled after the real thing. Airsoft GI - airsoft specialists - Welcome to the ultimate airsoft So I ordered a KWA ATP (Advanced Training Pistol). It's modeled after the Glock 17 and was, from what I've read, designed specifically to be used in training for law enforcement agencies. I got it today in UPS and was instantly impressed with the feel of it. The cheap all plastic spring loaded guns I've held in the past just felt like toy guns. This thing has the weight and feel of a real simi auto weapon. I got everything setup and loaded up and took it out in the back yard. Once again I was impressed with the way it shoots. Believe it or not, it actually has a bit of recoil to it with the gas blowback function. Shoots about 300-340 fps. It works similar to the real thing, it's accurate, and its fun to shoot. One other thing I like about it is I can use it to teach my 8 year old nephew to shoot. I was shooting real guns by the time I was his age. But I think this would be a much safer way to teach him.

Wow, thanks for the info on this. I checked these out before with a friend but never got one. I might look st them again as yeah, 9 & 40 & 223 are pretty darn pricey lately. I even purchaced a 22 adapter for my ar

This is probably going to be my next airsoft toy. APS M4A1. Full auto airsoft gun. Pretty damn cool for the price.

Nice sight! and yes, full auto, back-yard fun, cheap ammo! I'd start with something like this:

That sort of gun. I just really like the look of that kind of gun and have always wanted to shoot the real thing. There are so many different sites to buy these things from. I had no idea. And not only that but there are so many different options. Different versions of similar guns from some of the same manufacturers. I can't believe how many variants of AK47's there are out there. And most are modeled after variations of the real things. I just found out there's an airsoft shop near my work so I think I'll stop in this week after work one day. Maybe find out what kind of games there are in town and what I need to do if I wanted to join in.

Thank you for rescuing this thread from Airsoft with talk of real guns.
I'm actually in the market for a new gun meself. A carry pistol or revolver. Not sure what yet, waiting for the next huge gun show to peruse.

what happens when you uncock a .303 enfield n.o. 9 with your eye still next to the sight.

Note these old guys bench firing those "pistols" are firing 7.62 rifle rounds. They were hitting a target out at 800yds.
As for the down the scope shot of my mate, I held the magazines, breech flag was in and I confirmed the chamber was clear before we did that shot.
