My old man has a set of rigid lights and I have never in my life scene anything as bright as them!!! They are expensive but for what you get, worth every penny!
Listen to Marty, he has fz6 cams in his bike and more mods then I think anyone else period. Even with the fz6 cams he still would not benefit from raising the rev limiter from 12.5k. Do you not feel how it starts to loose power on the top end?
If you really don't then just look at this dyno...
No they are slightly different, they have the same rise but the fz6 bars put your wrist at more of a angle. I'd look for some fz1 bars, you can buy them brand new from the dealer for ~$35
If you stick to the idea of "planning what you can plan for" your likely to get something unexpected come up. Just look at everybody in the northeast, nobody planned for that and they were told well ahead of time that it could get real bad. Plus most plans can be adapted to fit any situation...
Well I really don't wanna burn through a bunch more data on my phone but here's the link from my other post with a bunch of pics

When I had my klr i had to adapt a new way of getting on and off the bike so my feet wouldn't drag and leave black marks all over the bike with it being pretty tall. With the kickstand down ill stand up in the pegs and then throw my leg over or off. It's impossible to do with out the kickstand...

Yeah Rowdy my jack Russell for the most part does listen but if he gets on a sent trail he is not listening to nothing
After he killed this one it was all I could get him to do to stay so I could snap a pic and this morning his nose was on the ground
Last night my dad called me asking if I could go have his chain replaced by my buddy (told him about my bike) while he was outta town. So like a good son I said sure, been awhile since I've rode a vstrom and was looking forward to it. So I got up a hr early to ride to his house and pick up his...
I was looking over killboys weekly highlights and his bike on a tow truck made it. In the comments they said that they guy droped his bike right before making that run in the parking lot so more then likely he was a inexperienced rider, or just really has some shitty luck:
Sounds like he is very lucky to be alive!
If I'm not mistaken this is the infamous turn at mile marker 9 which has taken out quite a few riders and others from it being a completely blind turn thanks to the rock wall. Here's a pic of me on i think that same corner
