I hit the gym today and feeling good.... Back at it.... To keep going that's the trick.....

Just got back from doing back and bis.

Got incredibly weak. Dumbbell curls went from 45lbs to struggling to do 30.
Bar curl went from 95lbs to struggling to do 70lbs.

Didn't want to push myself too much but I pushed myself as much as I could.

Feel crazy good.

Can't wait for the soreness to kick in Tuesday.
 
Depends what your "gains" are...nothing wrong with refueling your body for heavy lifting...if you were bein a cardio bunny then I guess those "gains" in fat loss are gone.

Now if you were an alcoholic over the weekend then you'll probably not have gained what you wanted in any category.
