Pinlock Eccentric adjustment... need help!

So i lost the crappy manual from pinlock stating how to adjust the pinlock to make for a tighter fit. My pinlock shield was fogging the other day and i noticed that the lens was loose. However, i cannot for the life of me find out how to adjust these things... i feel pretty stupid. So can anyone tell me how to adjust these things?

I saw that earlier, it's different from the one I have. The one i have has a small thing in the middle that you push and then it comes out. no need for a coin or anything.

The closest answer i could find so far was this... and it doesn't help much either -_-
