Ok, I am still sore today so I skipped the gym. I am probably more lethargic(tired/fatigued) then I am sore. After doing a lot of reading, I think I am going to stick with the gym along with cross fit. So as far as crossfit goes, knowing that I will need an increasing amount of rest I am going to try this week 2 days, next week 3 days, following week 2 days and so on. 2/3/2/3/2/3 So that on some weeks I can focus more on crossfit intensity with lighter gym days & some weeks I can focus on Stronger Gym days with lighter intensity Crossfit days. & I will space it out. so I have cf tomorrow(fri) but then wont do it again until next Tues/Thur/Sat Giving me this Sat,Sun,Mon to have 2 Strong Gym days with 1 day of rest. My goal is to still do one or the other 5 days a week at a minimum, with some 6 & 7 day weeks mixed in.
I used to weigh 165 when I worked out intensely. Like I mentioned in my earlier post I took 7 months off and started working out again September 1st. Was probably at 155-160ish. Very low body fat, with an athletic built. With my strength severely decreased, benching 90lbs.
Weighed myself yesterday, after 2 months of working out again.
I was back to my original strength, however I only weighed 147. Was pretty upset at first because I kinda ignorantly equated weight <=> strength <=> size, and that even though I got bigger and stronger, my weight went down.
After my logic kicked in I realized everything was great lol. Right now I'm pretty satisfied with the results.

yea man its crazy how hard core people look at things and or believe in certain supplements. but there are so many factors into our body...
I started getting upset at myself for having such a high BMI (based on an output sheet leaving the doc) I was so distraught because I swore I was like at 11 not 23.... after sleeping on it I read the fine print.. they simply base it off of height and weight well that's just trash you could have two people with the same height but their BMI could range anywhere from 4 to 40
I bought a do it yourself pinch deal and sure enough I was about 11 or 12
im exaggerating but you get my point
Agreed but one of my main goals is to get rid of the belly fat... Which is directly related to BMI

Authorities received a tip of someone pushing major weight at a place called a "gym" earlier today. Upon further investigation it was determined that the suspect, Anthony, was in fact pushing extreme level's of a substance called "Iron". Authorities also witnessed other people pushing lower amounts of this substance at this so called "gym" facility. Since most "Authorities" often feast on pork & refried bread often referred to as donuts, they were unsure what was taking place at this facility but one thing was clear, they knew that this Anthony charactor had to be the ring leader by the sheer weights of this substance he was moving. It was later determined that this substance called "Iron" is often lifted up & then set back down in a ritual known as "Weight Lifting".. Apparently weight lifting is still legal in the state of Indiana so authorities could take no action but are hoping to bring this activity up in the next legislative session... Speaking to us on the condition of anonymity, authorities told us by the time this activity could be outlawed, the suspect would likely be so strong that he would be indestructable based on the sheer volumes of weight he is moving...
