I assume you mean 600 mile first service? And no, they wont have an issue with it, because all they are going to do is change the oil pretty much. Only time they would have an issue with hit is if you have some electrical problem or something they will try and blame on the PCV.
Well that's good to hear. I have 2600 miles on the bike right now and tomorrow will be the first time I've taken it to the dealership. I changed the oil at 300, 800, and 1300 miles with the last change being to Castrol synthetic. The bike has run great so far, so I wasn't too concerned with having the dealership make any adjustments, but I figure with all the mods I've done it might be a good idea to have them check it over.

Hummm, hummmm! Go on the PC tool menu, Acc pump feature is there. (I don't have my PC with me... can't remember the exact name used)
Open acc. pump menu
1. click ENEABLE
2. Enter those values: 75%, 25 Rev, 15 to 20% on the last one. Start around 15% and add up little bit at a time until you don't feel any change. I run mine around 18% if I can remember well.
How it work? With 75% throttle acceleration you will add 15-20% fuel for a short amount of time.
What it does? 1. Accelerate quite hard
2. @ 7000 RPM it will pop the front wheel off the ground
3. Smile in your face!
I changed my acc. pump setting to 75%, 30Rev and 16%. Much better in warm weather... Been riding 17/46 until I get my 44T rear sprocket. In first gear I don't even have to try hard to lift the front wheel... quick throttle opening to about 50% and here she goes

I opened the PC tools but don't see the pump feature... I assume I have to have my PCV connected to the cpu for it to show up?

I just wanted to thank Marthy for his custom PCV maps and to share my experiences with the two that I've tried.
I have the TBR exhaust and started with the PCV map Dynojet has for our bikes and this exhaust. It worked fine but I figured I'd try Marthy's so I could get more bang for my buck. So I loaded the Advgear Rev B map and adjusted my acc. pump to 75-30-18%. Hoo boy did it make a difference! Awesome power. However, my MPG's went from the stock range of 45-48 down to 36-38. Not good. But I liked the performance so much I was willing to have my range drop to about 130 miles on a tank.
Well I quit my job recently and am trying to save money so I thought I'd give the Touring Rev D a shot. With 40 miles already put on a tank when the switch was made, I still got over 160 miles on that tank and back up to 47 MPG's! And the funny thing is, I couldn't tell a bit of difference in performance, as I left the acc. pump settings the same.
So tl;dr version: if you have a TBR exhaust and PCV, adjust your acc. pump as describe by Marthy above and use the Touring Rev D map. :thumbup:

That's what the intension behind Touring RevD. Fuel economy. I got 52-53 with my wife cruising easy to Key West a while back. I'm using Touring RevB for most of my riding. Advgear RevB is very nice and smooth on the throttle, very nice for more aggressive riding... the throttle is not as sensitive and give you a better transition. But yes, it remind me my college days (liquid consumption...)
You can play a bit with the A/P fuel %. I was able to handle 20-22% with RevD. I had to lower it to about 16% with RevB. Maybe it's because of the hot weather that I had to lower it a bit... I'll find out in few months!

What's the difference with the fuel?
Getting gear up some some R&D. I reloaded Sport RevB. and plug in the Auto Tune today. Did few run for a base line... still right on. I had to change few number to match my modded airbox but just by an hair.
I've been running RevB & RevD combo (Advgear) for a while. Now I loaded Sport RevB. The difference is quite noticeable. Now let's see what I can get out of the 6R...

Per Marthy's recommendations for a touring map. I just got 200 miles on my tank after a fill up and I still had 1.5 gallon left in the tank! That means I was getting 66mpg? Is that even possible?
187 on the OD and 13 miles on the F trip.. That's 200 miles..
