So I'm fairly new to motorcycles in general, with my 2011 FZ6R being my second bike. I've seen a lot of discussions on here regarding the use of PCVs and I was wondering if it was worth purchasing one. My bike came with a viper exhaust system, but doesn't have a power commander so I wanted to know if I could get any more performance out of my bike with the addition of one. I've seen claims on here that a PCV is only worth it if you have an aftermarket exhaust and modified intake to take advantage of the extra fuel introduced.
On a similar note, I wanted to know from the experiences of those who use PCVs if it was something that I could get some fun out of tinkering and configuring? I'm interested to get to make some maps of my own, but with the price of power commanders, I want to know if it's worth it.
