These bike are notorious for the forks tweeking meaning the front wheel may favor left or right and you'll notice your handle bars may angle one direction. Just fid a curb and tap the front of the tire into object to straighten it out.
I did not read everything on this tread just the first five posts and there is no way they can tell if frame is bent without dismantling the bike first then pull off a series of measurements as directed by Yamaha themselves. Dealers will screw you. They are crooks and don't want to mess with anything complicated if they don't have to. Yamaha will back their products up with little to no fuss! I would contact them directly.
