Can't wait for next season. 1000cc baby!

should be interesting, hopefully the honda's won't continue to dominate and others will be in the mix

Sorry to you guys who haven't heard this and you had to find out this way.
But sadly Marco Simmoncelli was involved in an accident in today's malaysian grand prix and was involved in a horrific accident with Valentino Rossi and another rider on lap 2. Unfortunately Simmoncelli passed away due to his injuries. This was an unfortunate accident as the other riders could not do anything to avoid it. He was a great exciting rider and we are all poorer from his death.

RIP Marco Simmoncelli 23/10/2011

Was a truly horrible crash. When I saw his helmet rolling down the track I feared the worse, sorry to hear it ended that way.

Thoughts are with his family. RIP.

Yeh I was watching it live and there was a shot for two seconds with him laying face down with no helmet and I knew he needed a miracle to be able to survive.

wow such a bummer, I was soo looking towards him being on the Honda Factory team next year! you could tell by his riding style he was fast, just needed some more time to mature. bad things happening at the end of this season in motorsports, 2 and 4 wheel :(

Just went for a brief ride to Gamestop for BF3 preorder.

I can't ride the bike today anymore.
This sad news really hit me in a weird way today.

I'm all locked up, I can hardly lean/steer, and I can't get the pour souls image out of my head.

RIP Marco

Me too... I didn't know until I called CC and he told me the news. I just couldn't believe it. This will hurt the motoGP riders and fans for long time to come. I couldn't believe his helmet came off. I can tell you he will never be forgotten...

Same, he was motionless there... i knew at that point it was really bad :( so surreal he was one of my favorite motogp riders

Very, very sad news! He was an aggressive rider, but a rising star in MotoGP. He will be sorely missed!
