Between those sockets and [ame="http://www.amazon.com/2372-01-7-2-Volt-Lithium-Ion-Power-Wrench/dp/B000P7MAGU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1345776642&sr=8-1&keywords=skil+ratchet"]this ratchet[/ame], they are the two tools I use most on both my bikes. Well worth the small investment.

And I think someone already started a thread of recommended tools.

Installed Motodynamic Clear LED taillight, Fender Eliminator, and the motor2wheels clutch/brake levers..

Anyone had any issues with the motodynamic tailight connections? One of mine for the blinker was bad.

I haven't done it yet but the plan is to change the oil, and clean and lube the chain!

Noticed i had a bad connection on my tag light yesterday morning as it was flickering. So pulled it apart and reconnected more securely. In the process while testing the two wire connectors touched and blew the fuse so had to take my seat all apart and find the fuse box and replace the blown fuse with one of the extra fuses. I have the ebay fe and the led lights that come with it are super bright but it has the smallest wires coming out of it i have ever seen and its hard getting a sturdy connection with it. Hopefully it will stay working for a while this time.

Dont have my manual or anything with to tell me the sizes. If I buy the individual 3 that need, anyone know the 3 Metric sizes that would need to get for the Allen Ratchet heads?

Also, what sizes of wrench, sockets do we need?

This is interesting... I think these on a ratchet would be NICE!! I might stop on my way home tonight to get some.

I purchased a Small tool box that I am keeping in the garage with tools that I will use ONLY on the bike. Then all my other tools in the main toolbox in the house.. This way I feel that I will be misplacing my tools less often. I have soo many wrenches, ratchets, pliers its annoying thinking of how much I have spent due to misplacings. This is what I am trying to stop by doing it this new way.

Or.... you could put your tools back in their place when you're done with them.

I always know exactly where all my tools are. Unless my wife uses them. I've threatened to lock my toolbox if she doesn't start putting my tools back. We're complete opposites when it comes to that sort of thing. I'm anal retentive to the nth degree, and she's a free spirit who'd rather spend a half hour looking for her keys than to put them in the same place every time she comes through the door.

I guess opposites do attract...

Plus I figure if I keep seperate, I wont have to go digging through my overflowing main toolbox to find the individual socket or whatever I need.. It will just be one of a few.. I need to get me a nice big tool cabinet! Ohhh the toys I could spend $ on! LOL

Went to install flush mounts tonight and a buddy needed wheel bearings and a few other parts replaced on his truck so my bike has to wait till tomorrow sometime. Grrrrr

Installed brakes pads, bed them and test my rain gear to the extreme!!! Not 100% rain proof... but the brakes work fine.

Started getting some of my luggage together and putting together check lists for my week long trip to Yosemite with my dad. Have some stuff on order like a 12v power adapter, handlebar mount for the phone/GPS, patch kits, etc... We leave 2 weeks from tomorrow. I can't wait.

I cleaned my bike with Motul wash and wax spray. Just spray it on and wipe it off. It looks like I did a complete wash and wax job. That stuff really works great.

Took it to Putnam for another trackday. It's bumpy between turns 1 and 2, so I went searching for a smoother surface out in the grass. No Bueno. :wreck:
