Put my new flush mounts on and took it for a little night ride. Will get better pics outside with an actual camera this weekend.

I ordered them from Amazon. I'll have to check my laptop tomorrow for the info. I'll update the post tomorrow with a link. Light output and visibility is great. Hookup is simple, two wires. Relay is plug and play, removed old and plugged in the new.

I posted a link down a little further. They are just some generic brand from Amazon. They fit well and work well. Pretty visible in any direction except directly behind. Very bright at night.

Working on my headlight today. Trying to get it back together so that when I have a fairing, I am ready to go. I am doing something a little different the 2nd time around for the retro. Not as much flash, very functional, but different look.

I actually let someone else ride her. A good frind of mine and riding buddy is looking buying an fz6r so i let him ride mine. We went out to 94 and swapped bikes. Me on his 250 supermoto and him on my baby. Hes a good rider so i wasnt too worried. Didnt realize how fast my bike sounds from behind lol. Hes hooked. Wants to buy one in the next month or two. Anyone in socal selling?

Took my baby for a quick 20 mile ride. Weather is supposed to be beautiful next week so I'm gonna probably take her to work everyday next week (40 mile roundtrip).

I started the long process of getting the mud out from the cracks and unplugging the radiator, amazing where mud finds its way. Glacier NPs Going to the Sun road was under construction, and it was raining when I went through there last Friday.

completed my DIY FE as well. It was supposed to use the stock plate lights but i didnt measure it correctly and it was hitting the plastic under the tail light so i ended up not using it and will install some LEDs in the future.

It looks kind of like they are using superflux LEDs but they are spaced really far apart from what they should be. Can you take an up close picture of them?

I'll try to get a better picture later. I'm going on a little ride after dinner. I've seen quite a few like them, but they are all pretty much made in China. If you search in Ebay for flushmounts there are a ton that look identical.

I opened up the right switch control that I hadn't touched yet. I tested all the bits with a DVMM as working but the start switch has not been working well lately and starting the engine has been a multi-try effort. So I checked and cleaned the contacts and it activates the solenoid perfectly that kicks in the starter. I guess after 14 years of starting a bike, the contacts get a bit corroded.

not corroded but oxidized.
