Went for a two hour ride weeeee wee wee weeeeee
Plugged in the Battery Tender since it's raining this weekend and supposed to be raining next weekend too.

Started pulling off all my red decals and red accents (spike bolts, brake,clutch levers, tank pad) etc. Going all Black, I am just gonna black it put totally!

Installed my 6000K HID's
I got up early and cleaned my bike.
I rode to my dealer and let them do my 1st oil change, the break in one.
Got a orange cargo net to match my wheel tape.
Last but not least, I went on my last ride without my new leather speed & strength moment of truth jacket.
Its sceduled to arrive, well today now lol

I went for my first ride with my leather jacket.
It was pretty hot but not as bad as I had expected.
The airflow was great, I was only hot while at a red light, between 10 and 15mph + the speed and strength jacket flows alot of air.
I rode up to my cousins house to help him work on a used ninjette he just got

glad your jacket you were telling me about worked out well for you
leather is alot warmer but its a no brainer for protection so Im glad you went that route
I watched mine out in the rain today. Sat there all lonely. Gunna take destiny out tomorrow and ride her hard. Goota get my tires ready for the group ride sunday

See I haven't named my ride, I just treat her nicely and hope she doesn't get offended that I have a more important girl in my life...
Went for a nice ride to nowhere in the area... Kind of nice to have 2 hrs to kill with the wife working. I even have a poor idiot try to race me taking off at the stop light. Not sure what he was thinking try to race me on his fat boy with his wife sitting behind him? Seriously! I heard me gassing it and slipping the clutch (I was taking off normally) By the time I reach the other side of the intersection I already had about 3 length on him in 1st gear...
Out of all 6R's sold world wide... he had to race the fastest one. He should have known... Don't mess with the Yellow bikes! LOL

Glad you got a couple hours for a random ride. I've got one coming tomorrow if the rain holds.
You know it's kinda funny - I used to have people in souped up cars wanting to race me all the time with my other bikes. Since I got the yellow FZ6R, I haven't had a single cager trying to embarrass himself...
Put my Guardian Bell on the bike! (Thanks BrueThru!) Then went for a short, random ride in the late morning. Then I threw my kid's gear in a knapsack, lashed his helmet to the pillion and picked him up from school on the bike. Who was the coolest kid in fifth grade today, do you think??!! Go Dad, Go Dad.

Thanks alot, its murder at the red lights, but like you said its a better jacket.
Eventually ill get a mesh jacket for hot days..
Im in love with it tho, nicest jacket iv owned for the price my carhart I work in.
Now I just need someone to release the zombies.

For sure, when I was on my way home yesterday.I was stopped at a 4way, a bunch of kids were around crossing the street.I had my helmet on and heard one of them yell something about my bike but couldn't make it out.So I looked around and there was around a ten year old boy waving and yelling that he was in love with my bike.
I guess when you are used to a huffy itll make you wet your pants lol.
