What did you do to your bike today?

Finally finished the bike. Cleaned, chain scrubbed, fairings got repaired, everything got re-painted as well. The red was before and the black matte is after.

Thanks! I can't seem to get a decent picture of it though. In person, it's a beautiful black. In pictures it just looks gray.

Looks stunning!! I know what u mean about taking good pics. Same as the white. In most pics it just looks blah white...cant see the pearl flecks in it or how vibrant the red frame is unless you see it in person.
Great job tho on yours!!

Thanks! I haven't been able to see a white one in person yet. There's only a black XJ6R and a black FZ6R here.
When i was looking I was adamant I didnt want white cuz it looked blah on the Yamaha website. As soon as I saw it that was it!!!! The blue pearl flecks looks amazing...and the red frame is so bright against the white.
But I really do like what you have done to yours with the matte black
I really like the paint scheme and the way the front fender isn't one big huge piece of plastic. Looks very zippy! Doesn't seem like the pillion is very comfortable...?

It is ridiculously fast! I love it. Just so well engineered and put together! My wife's been busy with our new puppy so we haven't tried two up on it yet.
(I'm thinking she won't like it much lol)

It did. Looks like a low dry shot so not a lot of strain on the engine from it. Bike rides great.
Going to re- install the system once you get used to the bike?
Nah, I don't see nor feel the need to add nitrous on a bike with this much power!
cant really see it but that's awesome my buddy has an M4 on his 750 and it sounds amazing
Washed, polished, chain clean and lube, oil checked (needs changed next weekend) coolant checked, lights checked, tire pressures set, leathers wiped down, helmet/visor cleaned... I haven't been able to really hit the canyons in weeks. Weather finally is cooling off out of the 100's. It'll be in the mid 70's, no chance of rain. Damn I can't wait for morning.
