Ontario represent..?

new owner ottawa

picked it up on monday the 14th...loving it....wish it was faster and had a better seat, something comfortable...because its an easy bike to drive from fill up to fill up:)
 
Ride?

I'm just north of Toronto. Anybody want to go for a ride next sometime next week?
 
Saw a Yellow one in Carelton Place about a month back, and a Black one in Renfrew today. They're out there... get in touch if you see this and want to go for a ride. I've been discovering some awesome back roads in Central-Eastern Ontario.

Just bought it for $8000 otd. Put a deposit down a few days ago and pay the rest in March (when I pick the bike up). It's a brand new '09 in Yamaha blue. Got it in Guelph, but they have no more stock (sorry!).

$8K otd? nice... I got a quote from Snowcity $8299 + tax + other fees...

anyone else?
 
Erin, eh? I know the area pretty well - buy my trucks and what not in Arthur from Arthur Dodge... used to date a girl from Conn... THAT's small town.

OTD - $8200 w/ a 4 year warranty... do yourself a favour - don't go on to american dealers and see what our friends to the south pay for these things... it'll make you cry.

Well I also got a new Rocket jacket, new Shoei helmet and new gloves all for dealer cost.. that was a nice addition lol. And he said that he'll give me dealer cost on an exhaust upgrade if I want one (but to wait until 1600 km, or at least 1000km, just to let the bike figure itself out first). Nice guy, seemed like a "You help me, I'll help you" kinda guy.

Haha yeah, seeing some of the prices here blows my mind haha. And nice, Erin's an awesome place (and north of here) to go riding. Lots of awesome twisties and nice views.

Covina, California. I mean, if you want to put the time and the effort - you could probably have it shipped to canada for around $500... but then you have to go through the hassle of getting it over the border.

Hey guys, I just got my bike about a week ago :) c'ant ride yet tho because of snow... -.- c'ant wait to get out there and just wondering anybody close to Ottawa :) I live about half an hour away from the capital ;)
 
I just stumbled on this thread. I'm in Mississauga (Clarkson). Got my '09 in Aug. '10 from Brantford Motorcycles for $7800 all in.

I sometimes see another '09 Raven heading south on Southdown road in the morning. Other than that, haven't seen another on the road.
