I was all set to go take pics at a late in the area but when i get there i cant go anywhere close to where i wanted to go, soo much construction. so i settled for 3 pics at night at home :/

So I finally took the bike downtown and took some pictures on the waterfront. Unfortunately it was a bit hazy down there so I had to play with the exposures and such in iPhoto so the skyline was really visible. Could have come out better without having to make adjustments without the crappy air conditions, but still not bad.

Here's my new baby

I know I said I was getting a new bike, and unlike whatever, I actually followed through! And I have proof. I picked her up Thursday night, but haven't had a chance to take any good photos yet. So here's all I got for now:

Thanks. I ordered the mirrors off of eBay, and the tank pad came from Immortal Graphix. I'll take a close up of it in the light. It really looks great when the sun hits it.

Are they easy to mount? Stock mirrors are horrible (not talking about look but efficiency ) ... even the Yamaha's are better.

Super easy to install. They are convex so you get a good view of everything in your immediate area, but because of that you can't see what's way behind you. Objects in mirror are smaller than they appear for sure.

Here's a pic from a pit stop on the way back from my folks house where my dad and I changed out my tires:

It got a bit nippy going through the pass there, eh Hare? I was actually concerned that since the roads were wet there might be some icy patches. Luckily there wasn't any.

Here's what I see every time I go out into my garage:

It still makes my heart skip a beat every time I see them there. Never thought I'd have two bikes. And if the wife gets a CBR250, our crowded garage will be jam packed...with motorcycles! I know a few members here have even more, but since almost exactly a year ago all I had was a Ninja 500, it blows my mind.
