is it me or did half of the regulars take a vacation??? it seems like the activity level went down drawmaticaly. I guess its due to everyone upgrading to other bikes.

I'm depressed I had to sell my baby... 
I will try to be more active! I know I cannot buy another until next year so it sucks looking at everyones bikes haha.
As for others, its prime riding so they may be on the road

bastards.Prime riding like JSP said, and also allot of people at my office took this week off for vacation since last week was all booked up... Maybe same thing happened here where everyone took a delayed summer vacation.

I'm glad to be busy at work. I think I am one of those few individuals that really likes my job and enjoys going to work each day.
I'm also thankful to have NOT been laid off through this economic downturn. I know so many people who are struggling, trying to find work, keep a roof over their heads, etc.; I'm glad that my company has been reasonably stable.
I don't have as much time to post during the day, but I do catch up reading at night.
I'm glad to be busy at work. I think I am one of those few individuals that really likes my job and enjoys going to work each day.

there is never much new news on here i have noticed way less drive to be on the forum myself
its just the same things over and over whats a fuel ctrl should i get an exhaust check out this YouTube video i wrecked my bike i got a new bike and my horse died are comin topics lol

Riding and Homework 
Personally, I decided to lay off the extraneous posts and dial back my angst at perceived stupidity. I now write many posts that I simply don't upload. I also take a day or so off between reading the forum's, now and again.
I've also stopped posting every little thing that I do with my bike, because I realized nobody was interested. "Oh, I took another 300 mile run today and it was awesome, but different than one I posted a couple days before, because..."
Or, "Got rained on again today, had to clean and lube my chain. Again." After so many posts with no "thanks" recognition, of their existence, or any sort of reply, and precious little rep, I've only been posting when I feel I've something either truly helpful to add (mostly), or I simply have an overwhelming need to speak my mind.
I guess I kind of got tired of ending threads. Nobody wants to debate anymore!!

I'm on here quite a bit because my job has been slow and I have a desk job, so what else am I going to do?
I think a lot of the regulars with new bikes (I won't mention any names) are spending a lot of time on the forums for those bikes. I do too, but I don't forget where I came from. I'm still Jenny from the block, as it were.

Naw, I dont spend much time on the other forums although zx6r is actually pretty good, but Ill never leave here.
When I haven't spent 134 hours at work in the last two weeks, I am riding... Doesn't leave much time for anythign else!
Yeah, I have been busy modding, and riding too. I don't always get a chance to check all the posts. I like it very much here, there isn't much going on at the FZ1-Forum.

Ouch.... that hurt..... great responses everyone... I try to keep up with it just to catch those new innovative mods people come up with or everyso often senior memebers will resurect a topic / mod i have not heard of that is still new to me.
but I do agreee, most of the conversation going on lately in not 6R related, and I sont care to get involved in all those arguments over certain topics.

Haha, just been too busy to be on the forum very much at work. Also we get only a couple months of really nice weather during the year up here in Spokane so I have been taking full advantage of that!

Ditto for the Wx comment.. When at home I really dont get on here. I am mostly here during work and breaks. At home I am either riding, or now with my wrist, trying to do housework, playing with the dogs/cats, or riding the exc. bike while clearing the dvr.

Arrghhh.. You are like my wife getting to work at home?? Such slackers!! Getting to wake up and work in shorts/tee, easy comfy thrown room, 30 second commute, can change your mind on your lunch at the last minute... Slackers, I swear.... such slackers!! LOL
JK, Those that get W.A.H are SOO LUCKY!!! My work offers it but only 1 day a week right now.. And I missed 2 days sick in the last 6 months so I dont qualify!
