Just as I pulled into work. Perfect! :iconbeer::cool:

Heck yeah man. Ive got a ways to go, lol. Ive got only a little over 200 so far. But only had it a touch over a week so no need to hurry to much though, haha

Ive got to learn that I can go over 7k NOW...and im at 3366!! i TEND TO not ream it out as I should.......Im usually 5k to 7k.....

I'm still in the break in, but I had to test this thing. I ripped it to 11k in 1st and I was pleasantly surprised, then promptly slowed down as I was way above the speed limit lol. I've been over the 5800RPM range quite a bit on it actually.

I asked the guy at the dealership if there was anything I needed to do for break in... he said "nah..." It wasn't until I read the owners manual yesterday that I realized the RPM limitations... HOWEVER... it DOES say... "prolonged" time above 5800RPM... I did have to crack it open on Tuesday to see what life was like above 10k... I only did it a few times... hope I didn't screw it up.

Anyways... I've got 120miles on my bike... and I've had it ALMOST a week. ;)

I was racking 'em quick too, until I had my wisdom teeth yanked last Thursday. So, haven't rode in a week now :(. Weather-wise tomorrow is a bust, but Sunday I'll finally get back to riding and get it over the 1k hump.

Took me a little over 2 weeks to get it up to 850 miles.

Yep, your kidding yourself if you think the mechanic who took her out for a spin for the "test" ride didn't open her all the way up through most of the gears....
I was revving up from day 1, just not extended use and NEVER ever until after 10-20 minutes of normal warm up... I've got over 9k miles on there now and don't have any issues.

Break In?? What Break In!
Ride it like ya stole it!
The factory red lines each & every bike on the test rig (so do auto manufacturers)
Just make sure the bike is warmed up and never let the engine 'load' up.
Always done that with all my bikes & never had issues.

So when I hit the 600 mile mark should I just get the oil changed or do they do more on the service? Cause when I bought it no one ever said anything abou taking it on fo the 600 mile service. So wanna make sure I do this when I get another 300 miles put on it then.
