Anyone have T-Rex spool adapters?

Im thinking about getting T-rex spool adapters:

my only issue is being able to replace the black spools which come with the adapters, with red spools. A T-Rex representative said he could send me the red ones for free but I just want to confirm that I can replace the stock black spools on the adapter with the red ones.

I think red spools on a white bike would look really good.

PS, note the metal spools are smaller than the black ones that come on the adapters. Not horrible, but a bit smaller. They go on fine though with the mounting bolt.

Personally think they look way too clunky. I'd rather keep the bike as clean as possible.

I'm find with my paddock stand which had "L" shaped rubbers to go under the swingarm.

If I were going to do anything I'd go all out...Maybe an R6 or R1 swingarm conversion.

An added bonus to the T-Rex spools is they will keep your swingarm off the ground in a low side.

Be Careful...Talk to them fully...maybe even order from them versus the website as the spool adaptor spools are different than their normal spools. There has been tons of debate on this and t-rex... they go out of their way to make it right when it does go wrong. Be Patient and be very specific.

I like them and they work really well. I don't have to worry about the bike slipping when I've got it on the stand and working on my bike. And easy to install. Yes the are a little clunky but really aren't too bad.

It would have been nice, but not a deal breaker imho. They went on easy, and work fine. Probably one of the easiest installs there is.
