I bought a bone stock FZ6R 09 with 5,xxx miles for $4,000. Your price seems good and personally I would rather buy yours over mine. 5,000 miles over 5 years means it was neglected and never ridden. If you can prove your maintenance you should be able to sell for 3,800.
Let them claim your helmet. Geico wrote off the passenger and my helmet even though her helmet was scratch free. You get to keep your helmet too so if you want the money without replacing, which I don't recommend, then there's that.
Also regarding premiums, if this is your first accident you...
What do you do to keep from over tightening? I saw one guy use a micrometer to measure the regular link and pressed his until it was almost the same width. Is that the proper way?
When my last bike and gear was totaled, I picked me and my girlfriend up the Airmada SB1 in blue and pink. I do have the squeaky shield problem but it only whistles at highway speeds when the shield is locked down. I'm coming from an HJC RPHA-10 but I like this helmet. The fit is really tight...
Definitely worth every penny if you pick one up. Even the stock horn is more audible than your rear facing exhaust though.

Automatic Transmission Fluid. It cleans the chain each time you apply it with an old shop rag. My chain looks brand new everytime I apply it. There isn't much fling and if you do get an excess, you used too much. I clean it about every tank of gas and it works great.
So I have been riding around and thought I heard my horn going off sometimes while taking off from red lights. Well...today I heard it and it is definitely going off at a low volume. Has anyone had this problem? I had my turn signals on and was taking off from first gear.
Every so often, about every 3 months I go to an abandoned parking lot and practice emergency stops for a solid 15-20 minutes. It is the most important skill anyone needs to ride a motorcycle on the street. I suggest you spend some time understanding the way your bike behaves under extreme...
Remove tip, cut about 2.25 in hole in muffler where the tip goes in and weld a car exhaust tip to it.
My neighbor did it for me and it is kind of sloppy but I don't care. No one looks into your exhaust anyway.
Oil change and hopefully exhaust mod pretty soon.
My shifts before the oil change were extremely clunky and rough. I changed and filled it right, I think it was too full before. Gear changes are buttery smooth.
