12,3XXX miles. Is $3800 fair or too high?

Upsizing to something bigger in the couple months, girlfriend loves to ride with me.

I travel all over SC/NC, but the bike's currently in Spartanburg.

price sounds fair to me. check ebay for sold numbers close to you. won't know your area until you list it and see...

I bought a bone stock FZ6R 09 with 5,xxx miles for $4,000. Your price seems good and personally I would rather buy yours over mine. 5,000 miles over 5 years means it was neglected and never ridden. If you can prove your maintenance you should be able to sell for 3,800.
