Haha thanks Rook, it was inevitable for me. It's a combination of the increased HP and the more aggressive riding style. Both are huge perks in my book!
It's a blue 2009, I'm buying it off of by best friend's older brother, who is actually my friend as well. Therefore, I know it has been taken care of. I'm ecstatic about it, I feel like it's a huge step up and I couldn't more excited. I'll definitely have to join the R6 forum. Any advice as...
Well fellas, I've had a wonderful ride/experience with my FZ6R, but it's time I finally let someone else enjoy her. I'm about to sell her and purchase an R6. Once I took the R6 for a test ride I knew I had to have it. I hate to get rid of my 6R, but I truly feel it's time. Amazing bike, and...
I 100% respect your decision; it takes a MAN to understand that supporting a family is more important than material items such as a motorcycle!! I wish you all the best man!
My advice would be to take back roads at slower speeds. I remember the first time I took the highway the wind and speed was a little overwhelming, but it passes quickly with experience. The back roads will allow you to concentrate better on your riding and god forbid if something were to...
Sorry man, but this is just another example of how fragile life is. Its way too short for alot of people, so we all need be thankful for our lives and everything that we have!!
Well Fellas,
It has been a long week and a half for me, as I was laid off 2 Fridays ago. It came out of no where, and now I am in a HUGE jam. I just moved into my new apartment like 3 months ago, and I am just stuck and feeling very down. I know that I will make it through this, but I just...
Dont get me wrong, these guys are AMAZING at what they do, but did anyone else notice that one of the riders wasnt wearing his gear (jacket). I dont care how much skill you have, you just never know what can happen when riding, stunting, or simply sitting on a bike. SICK video though, very cool!!
Ole lefty is as good as any of them out there, but he actually hasnt been playing well as of late. He could certainly take the crown though, I am south paw as well so I am partial to Phil myself.
Heck yea! I have been playing for years, and I STILL suck at it. I've played alot of sports well, and as far as I am concerned golf is BY FAR the hardest sport in the world!
Do we have any golf fans here, if so, who is everybody pulling for this week in The Masters?
I personally have always been a Tiger Woods fan, through thick and thin, and would loooove to see the man win his fifth Masters. Lets hear who everybody is pulling for!!
I totally agree with this please dont get me wrong. However, the problem is, MOST of drivers on the road dont give two shits about motorcycle drivers. We are more in the way than anything else!!
Man I had that exact same scenario happen to me when I first got my bike, and I literally almost hurt somebody. I was absolutely livid, and people that dont own a bike or havent sat on a bike dont understand how easy it is to lay one down!!
OK yea that is what I was thinking I should as well. Seems like the best bet, considering my bike is virtually brand new, well maintained, and have never dropped or laid down. There isnt a scratch anywhere on the bike, cleaned constantly and garage kept.
Ok so hypothetically, if I wanted to simply trade-in would I still need a clear title? And yes, I financed through Yamaha and got the card, so maybe I'll go to my dealr and talk to them about some options as well.
