Mine is a really basic Fox backpack. I just needed something to carry my gym clothes in.

Dart is right. When I was in my break-in period my MPG seemed really low (my first fill up was around 115 miles). Now that I'm out of the break in period, I'm going between 150 and 165 miles. Also, I've gone 10+ miles in the F-Trip once and others have even gone longer.
Bottom line is don't...
Funny, I think the same thing for people with McCain/Palin stickers.
I posted about this on Facebook, but I usually start making up stupid stories for cagers around me. For instance, if I'm at a light with an attractive woman, I think about how she use to be a CIA spy but got out when she...
I live outside of southwest Philly. It's definitely breathable at 25-40. I was out riding at night and at about 80 degrees traveling at about 60 mph with a t-shirt on underneath, I actually got a little chilly.
I got the Shoei RF1000 for $160 last year when I needed a helmet for the MSF course. I got it because it was the brand that my boss was riding when he got ran off the road by a truck. It saved his life.
I haven't really needed another one since.
I moved out of my mom's house when I went to college at 18 and never looked back (I'm 28 now). For me, the only reason I'd like to move back home is, as it was said in this post, for financial gain. Other than that, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Now I & my wife have a mortgage, utilities...
Just to update everybody (I thought I did a month ago), I did finally get a new mesh jacket.
My mother-in-law (!) bought me a blue Shift Backdraft Mesh Jacket for my birthday (5/23).
It's ridiculously breathable and I've gotten a few compliments as one. One of my friends told me I...
I'm glad I'm not the only one who never remembers the horn is there when it's needed. The one time I went to use it, I did the same thing as you Mike, used my right hand and ended up hitting the elec. start.
Great job though Mike. My MSF training kicked in once when I ended up locking my rear...
Really? I thought MS's conference was pretty good. Yea, some of the Kinect showing was boring, but overall, I came away feeling pretty good about having a 360.
I didn't get to see some of Sony's conference, but I was impressed at how many exclusives they demoed. And the new NGP (I will NOT call...
Eh, I joined for the possible benefit of insurance discounts with Allstate and Nationwide, but I ended up going to Rider anyway.
I say it's sort of the bike equivalent to AAA, and the mag they send out monthly is alright; good for a toilet read.
Wow, that's rough. I don't think I'd be cut out to be in bike sales. I'd straight up deny a beginner (pretty much anyone 18 yrs old - 23 yrs old) a supersport for their own good.
I think it would be a great idea for there to be a beginner's dealership that only sold 250s, 500s and non-super...
