I asked on a forum about people in the area willing to rent spaces and up pops a guy who happens to live a few blocks away from me. He has a "bike cave" and 10+ bikes there at any given time he's working on. 10 security cameras pointed in every direction. Free mechanical help with the trivial cost of a 6 pack every now and then. Made a friend for life in the process.
