shaving.... help?

Sometime it's genetics that play a part in facial hair, I myself have to shave every other day cause I have more facial hair than I care to have. I have a family history of alot of facial hair, I would rather not have to shave as much cause it gets to be a pain in the ass!

Alright, so it's not just the thought of sex. It's actually the anticipation of intercourse that increases the testosterone levels. I can't find the article anymore.

There's a difference? If this is true I should have a beard down to the ground overnight. I can grow a beard,but I am bald from my head rubbing on the head board.

Shaving just makes rough edges on the ends of your hairs so as it grows back it reflects less light and therefore appears darker/thicker.

Though as the hairs weather over the coming days, the effect is lost.

Thats a myth, your beard will only appear darker and fuller from shaving. It won't grow in until your DNA says so. I'm 22 and can barely grow a mustache I've given up xD :zombie:

lol ima keep tryin just like my dad... XD ill be carded till im 65... not only can my family not grow facial hair ( other than my grandpa) but my family members look so young people in public confuse my grandma for my mom... and my dad for my brother XD

lol dont say that!... my uncle teases me saying that homosexuality skips generations.... my grandpa is gay... i think he just does it to pick on me cuz theres no way in hell im gay...but i dont want anything skipping generations XD

Based on your name here and photo I am assuming you are of Irish heritage, so am I. I am half Irish half Italian and my facial hair took the Irish side from my dad. I had pretty much NO facial hair to speak of until I was like 20, now I am 31 and have been trying to grow a beard since then and it comes in decent but definitely not FULL. You may have to just come to terms that a full on thick beard will not happen for a very long time or ever. Sorry, hopefully for your sake I am wrong but I personally have just settled for what I have and F*$@ 'em if they don't like it :thumbup: BTW I have absolutely no chest hair either, lol, it's the cards I was dealt and that's that. GO IRISH!!

no not irish the profile pic is thanks to toofless... lol he found it for me when i first joined... leprecaun jon comes from gym class in high school.. im short and always wore green so everyone called me leprechaun... and my first name is Jon. however my grandfathers side of the family is british and italian
my grandmothers side came over with the british military during the foundation of the U.S and got discharged from the british military to fight for the U.S in the revolutionary war.... my grandmothers father however is of native american decent from the new york area.

my fathers side of the family came from germany between the 30's-50's and settled in georgia and florida.
