Tonight coming home from work I lost my headlight completely. I check all the connections and everything is good, and all my other lights are working. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Tonight coming home from work I lost my headlight completely. I check all the connections and everything is good, and all my other lights are working. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
If you didn't blow the bulb or fuse somewhere then it has to be a connection. It's been a while since I installed mine and I don't remember all the wiring off the top of my head. Best bet would be to get a hold of Chad. Why didn't you have high beams?
The wiring seemed pretty straight forward so I doubt I got any crossed. Its been working for a few days but last night was just random and shut off. And I never figured out why I had no high beams.
You got it from Chad, right? I'd drop him a message and see if he can help you diagnose it.
I emailed him, just waiting for a response. Checked the fuse and it was good. When I first installed it, there was a lever inside the projector that would move whenever i switched high and low beams. Now the lever doesn't move at all. And how would i go about checking to see if the bulb and transformer were good?
Like I said, TRS is going to have to field this one, as I am betting that there is something wrong with the ballast. No high beams could be a wiring harness issue, which both things would be totally taken care of, since you are under warranty.

Of all the people that I have messaged that have Chads/TRS retrofits you are the first to have problems that I know off.

I emailed them yesterday after getting in contact with Chad. I'll give them a few days and see what happens. Both fuses have been checked.
Please let me know if you don't hear anything in a day or so, I can help, as I have a rep there and can try to get things moving quicker. Usually best to call, so you can talk to someone. They get roughly 500+ emails a day.
Received a response from TRS. They said since I did not purchase directly from them they can't help me.
Wow, I thought they honored purchased made through Chad.
That's not right....I guess I'll have to give them a call
