I searched and didn't come across a thread with riders with their gear. Hopefully there isn't one.

Just got my jacket today and loving it. So far, I am just missing pants and boots...soon to come!

My AGV Sport Willow perf leather pants just came today... Last pair from revzilla :D

Now I need a jacket...boots and gauntlet gloves... so expensive :(

Ill let ya know after I take a ride with them... They fit kinda weird when not sitting on a bike. Overall they feel solid and fit me well. Im 6ft about 170lbs I wear 33/34 jeans and shorts depending on brands. I ordered the only size 34's they had left. Waist could be a tad bit tighter but once I have a jacket to zip the pants to I think that will make it perfect.

Currently I would look a bit goofy with my Scorpion textile jacket (which is a bit small on me) leather pants with my just above the ankle bone S&S boots. But I have been doing more spirited canyon riding with my neighbor (R6) and Im usually the only one without a decent set of leathers on...

Leather in AZ? How's that working out for you? I have a mesh jacket and I'm still sweating my @$$ off when I get home in the afternoons.

I don't ride during the day considering it's been around 112 lately. I do night riding mostly and I figured the summer is only 3 months a year it won't be that bad. During the winter is what I'm more concerned about since AZ gets really cool.

Good stuff. Make sure you get some nice thick gloves for winter... they're a must around here.

Ran the twisties up above Rockingham today. Frickin awesome run! When I got home, I had my kid take a pic. This is the stuff I wear anytime I'm leaving my house. Ventilated, perforated and protected, head to toe.

The lack of leather and knee pucks mean I have to keep my knee in, even when hanging off. That's pretty hard, but sticking a knee out in mesh (even when there's CE knee armor) is kind of stupid, so I deal with it. Ignore the date/time stamp, lol.

Actually, there was a thread on this before- except Heineken posted his gear and basically killed the thread.

No one has as much gear as he has. LOL. He can open up a store. I think we all gave up after seeing his war chest. LOL. :)

The guy I bought my boots from probably has more gear than anyone on here. Probably more than most of our members combined. I'm not kidding. He has a 2 car garage so full of gear, there was barely room for the one bike he still had. I can't remember the exact numbers he gave me but it was in the range of over 100 leather jackets, 40 textile jackets, 30 1 piece suits, 50 pair of gloves, 45 helmets, 50 pair of boots etc... When he saw something he liked, he bought not only the one he liked, he bought it in every color available. (yes he has a lot of money. He had 6 bikes at one point too.) I was floored when I went there to get the boots. Picture a large 2 car garage, the sides have cabinets running front to back and floor to ceiling, two rows top and bottom, all but one 5 foot section that had pants were full of jackets. He had 2, 8 foot long 6 foot high clothing racks, both full of leather suits stuffed in. Helmets hung from the doors of the cabinets, from the rafters, etc... My jaw dropped when he opened the door. lol He bought all the options of the Sidi ST Air's when they came out (at $400 a pair :eek: ) and he didn't like the all black ones. I had posted something on a Facebook group that I was looking for Sidi boots and he told me he had a brand new pair he'd sell me that he'd never worn.

I'm such an idiot sometimes. I didn't realize this was a "I got more than you" thread. I thought it was about what gear one was riding in.

I'm not putting down anyone here. Heck, if I had the disposable income, I'd have a piece of gear for every occassion. I didn't think that was what this thread was about, though. :facepalm:.

I'm starting a new thread, for people like me, who ride with what they've got, and work towards what they want.

Damn dude. I wasn't trying to make this about who has the most gear. The comment about Heineken just made me think if the guy I bought the boots form and thought others might think it was interesting.

No worries. I didn't take it as personal from you, I just saw the way this thread was going, and it's not what I envisioned when I had my son take the pic.

I want people to know that you don't have to spend a mint to have gear, and that it's not about having more than your neighbor.

I've still got my gear dreams (your wearing some of it, lol) So I made my thoughts known and started a new thread.

Sorry if I came off a little harsh. It was unintended. :)
