bart you got all the damn toys! lol you should be able to give us a full on comparison between that 650 and the 6rThey are unfortunately all in the garage. Was raining this morning, but now 79 degrees and sunny. A beautiful day for riding and I'm stuck at work!
I can't believe how empty and clean some of your garages are!!!
LOL, the 650 belongs to my son and 6r belongs to my wife. We will see how much they let me ride them to compare.bart you got all the damn toys! lol you should be able to give us a full on comparison between that 650 and the 6r
That harness actually pulls from the opposite sides. So it actually puts more pressure pressing the grips into the controls. The red cuff on the left side is pulled by the right tie down and vice versa. Works beautifully. I'm at the hotel right now. Getting ready to hit the bed to get up early and hit the track.jon ker
i would not fasten the front end with the grips, i have seen grips pulled of the bar before when fastened this way
You have probably done this before this way, but there is better access under the fairing to the triple or shock .
hope this is some assistance for you
regards
I use these also, and never had a problem. I'd say they are actually better/safer to use than just tie downs hooked the usual way. In case anyone is interested, they are called canyon dancers - basically 2 straps that pull from opposite direction hold the bike very steady. That harness actually pulls from the opposite sides.
