I haven't found the throttle to be jerky. But with 50ft.lb of torque at 2K rpm... the throttle input is a bit sensitive. B mode wack 10 HP off so yhat might be why its a bit smoother. Personally I prefer the std mode. A mode feel a bit sluggish to me in the bottom end. To be honest I did really experiment much with the different mode.I'm reading that throttle control is a little herky-jerky especially in the lower gears. Everything is relative in those reviews, but what do you think, compared to the 6r?
Also, apparently everyone says the front wheel doesn't stay on the ground in 1st, even 2nd gear... They say it's a wheelie machine, but very controllable in B mode... True?

All I can say is... this is a kicka$$ bike. For a pocket change difference between the 6R and the FZ-09...
