150 miles and the mods have officially started!

FE is all done. I had to mod the original since making a new one from scratch would have been very difficult... the pop out seat key is right there underneath???

Goodies were ordered within 2 hrs. I need to break her in first and do a base line run on the dyno. I should have an exhaust by the end of next week.

naaaa, can't get ride of the old girl. She's been way too nice to me. And I want to keep the FZ9 kind of naked... the 6R is already set-up with luggage for long ride.

Man that thing looks wicked, congrats. Nothing like a nice gift for yourself. The only thing I noticed when I sat on one was that it was a bit tall for me. I'm 6 ft even and had my toes only keeping me upright. I want another bike already, but went and picked up an AR 15 upper/lower set to build next week after it comes back from the waiting period. It was a birthday gift to my self.

Quick word... She ride very smooth. I was affraid if the win on the flat slab but no issue or not any worst than the 6R. Even for my wife. Sitting pillion. Kindnof jice to spin 2K less RPM while cruising...

The front wheel get very light nin first gear... just saying. Pound about 130 miles tonight and I can feel the engine starting to loosing up.

Other than that... all good. Getting use to the gauge. Gear pos indicator is cool. Jot sure why you need to scrool the check water temp, trip meter, mpg, mpg avrg... other than that its pretty slick.

Yep! Rh control. Starter button is cool too. The kill switch as 3 position

I want !! See if you can figure out some way to rip out the whole cluster and fit it to the fz6r

Wow, it just keep getting better. That bike as been built to stunt. Its takung me all my will power to keep that front wheel on the ground. Just a gentle little throttle input in first gear (1/3) and around 6K that thing pull so strong.

Kind of imposible to snap a pic of the dash while riding but at low throttle opening the ECU goes in Econo mode. That's good to about 75-80 MPH all depend witch way the wind blows. Fuel economy is almost just as good as the 6R.

Nice! The more I ride it the more I appreciate it. Got tones of torque any time you need it. I cant pin the throttle in first gear... wheely happy bike for sure, no clutch needed!

Goin going to do a base run on the dyno Tuesday or Wednesday. Then exhaust time! :what:

Awesome Martin! Congrats! So far sounds good. What is your input on the suspension? With just over 40ft lbs at 2K that's impressive. Me want one!

Congrats, Marty. Yeah, that is a lot of power for the money, prolly the best bargain on the market right now. I definitely would say this bike favors an experienced rider.
