My Question is, can't there be anything done about that? It isn't accurate information. That isn't fair for people that don't know that it doesn't come in green. Or that it doesn't get 80 MPG. That is setting someone up to buy something under false pretenses.

You can report the item to Ebay as not being legitimate. With enough complaints, they remove the posting.

The SG guitar forum is notorious for policing eBay for counterfeit and misrepresented vintage SGs. They will report an out and out fraud or ask the seller a question to clarify whether it is a fake or not and then report it if fake.
80 mpg is BS...steel frame has nothing to do the riding style or riding place and the green is not stock. This is a fraudulent ad.
