Yeah I'm thinking either swing arm or smaller and putting something either on the edge of the windscreen or on the front fairing area.

Well the stickers don't necessarily need to be on the bike, you could put them on your car or your toolbox or wherever. Obviously we wouldn't need a pic of the bike on the bike

Those could also be ideas for a t-shirt as well.

I'd say YES, so long as it's:

1) Reasonably small
2) Vinyl and not paper (no brainer).
3) Looks decent - maybe using the same font Yamaha uses for the current FZ6R stickers on the fairings...

You gotta watch copyright when you go same fonts. Maybe it could be similar, but I dont want anything even remotly copyright questionable on my bike....being a graphic designer it would just look bad

I can ask my sticker guy to give me a quote... All I need is a design. Mines were about $45.00 for 12, but the price go down as quantities goes up!

5 1/4" X 1 1/2" Very nice quality. I'mnot a specialist in stickers, but this one look like it's printed with a protective film over it. This is how it looks on my swingarm.
