Cleaning your visor?

I have only ever used a clean towel and plain water on my shield. I don't care to use anything else as it would end up affecting the coating that my shield has from the factory for anti fog. After pretty much a year with this helmet it's still working like it should...

I use my hand, run it under the tap and give it a rub, then a wipe.

Every now and then, I give it a wash with soap or detergent as well.

I want to see things in detail when they come rushing by.

Windex wipes during and after each ride. Works great

I use Plexus and a microfiber cloth. I use it cause it lies around the shop here and it works FANTASTIC! I don't have to take my stupid shield off. If anyone has ever taken the shield off of an Icon Airframe, they know what a ***** it is to put back on. I can never get the orange tabby's pushed back without breaking a nail. UGH!

Another vote for Plexus + microfiber cloth. I hold the visor outside against my hand when i clean the inside surface, the mount it to the helmet and clean the outside surface. One time my dad accidentally used a cloth that had fallen on the ground and had some dirt or something. put a big scratch in his mirrored visor..
