beer anyone?

so before i turned 21 i had the opportunity to try, rolling rock, tecate, blue moon,budwiser, sam adams, miller light, michalobe ultra light....and a few other beers.... now that im 21 i have the whole selection to pick from but have found that i really like... i mean i favor Guinness :iconbeer:

I traveled quite a bit in the Air Force and have tasted hundreds of different beers from all over the world.

My favorite is , undoubtedly, whatever beer I have in my hand...at home.

A German Pilsner or an India Pale Ale is always good.
Have you tried a black and tan yet? If poured properly, it is a thing of beauty.
Hint: It involves Guiness.....

spunky i have not had the wonderful opportunity of a black and tan.... just the traditional Guinness... once at bone fish... i poured it my self and i had a six pack on new years

i was told the best way to drink a Guinness is off tap.

Guinness, Black & Tan, Leffe Brin or Blond, New Castle... I like a good beer with some taste. Not a Bud Lite type, but the Bud Lime every now and then it's alright...

Bourbon is my thing lately...

i like miller light and the michalobe ultra light with lime.... but guineas is by far my favorite.

i tried some bourbons.... there hard for me to get into....they are however quite smooth and relaxing.

i did however discover that absolute vodka has become my favorite vodka lol...

i do like local beers ... in Fredericksburg they have a local beer thats red lol and apparently in maryland theres a chocolate stout... ive been trying to hunt it down ever since i saw the guys shirt from the brewery it said "if willy wanka brewed beer" ( thats how our conversation started and how i know that theres chocolate stout out there in maryland lol.)

See if you can find Mac and Jacks where you're at. It may be a hard one to find. It's usually only served on tap. It's made up here in Washington and it's definitely my favorite. It's a pretty high alcohol content Amber beer. I've heard some bars around Seattle area limit customers to only 2 or 3 pints but I'm pretty sure that's BS. Anyways if you can get your hands on one I'm pretty sure you won't be dissappointed.

I have to agree with Jay, when I visit family in Bend, I
really enjoy the craft/micro brewries in central Oregon.
If I just had enough lifetime left to try them all....

My favorite beer is easily YuengLing. However I REALLY want to try the samuel adams winter lauger, however I can't seem to remember to buy any when I go out :lol:

I'm not much of a beer man myself though. The only things I ever keep stocked in my fridge is Crown Royal Reserve and Patron Platinum.

A friend of mind own Immortal Spirits. They got started not too long ago and they have a good selection of spirits.

I forgot to mention... I can throw a rock to the Yard House from where I live. :wav: 130 beers on tap! :steve:

i found this breckenridge vanilla porter at harris teeter the other day it its pretty good... its a dark beer but its silky smooth and full of flavor... i also tried Heineken for the first time it its a rather refreshing beer...not my favorite but still good.

Haha, that's funny. I am flying to Denver tomorrow and driving to Breckenridge for the weekend. I'll have to keep an eye out for that

I wasn't a fan of Heineken with its skunky taste, then someone told me to try it in a can instead of bottle, guess they use different gas or something to produce it?... and yes via can taste better to me. then oppositely I prefer Yuengling in the bottle over a can

if I'm having a nice meal then yes a Guinness is yummy, I can only stomach 1 each tho as it feels like I ate a whole load of bread :beer:

also enjoy killians red - recommendations that are close to any of these? thnx

yes do... it smells kinda like a Guinness... but its super smooth and has a hit of vanilla then a beerish taste... in my opinion its some good shit lol
