Hi guys, I want to paint the front fender with plasti dip flat black. I saw 4 bolts, 2 hex and two allen, and a clip retaining the brake hose. Any suggestion in the remotion of the brake hose clip? Thanks in advance!

I am thinking about raising the front fender on my bike by about half an inch so that I can use a higher profile front tire, possible a dual sport tire. Does the front fender act as a fork brace? If so, I assume the forks would need some extra bracing if I were to in fact raise the fender.

Yes, I know fender eliminators are available everywhere. But here in Pennsylvania, I have to get my bike inspected every year, and if the turn signals are not DOT certified, I will not pass. Anybody buy an aftermarket fender eliminator and still use the stock rear turn signals? Ride a 2009 FZ6R
