No lock is a perfect solution. The best option as others have described is an alarm and cover. Someone can always cut chains / cables, but if there's an alarm to at least draw attention in the direction of the theives they are more likely to bail out, and leave the bike alone. Many of the cables...

Oh I believe that goes without saying that you wouldn't do that on a litre class bike or anything with that much more power. BUT since you can get away with it and the power is tractable on the fizzer on the occasion that i'm in a position to exploit that power on a corner exit why not?
