The power and torque is unreal and the cross-plane sound is truly one of a kind! I am very happy with it and I'm never looking back. If you can though, keep the 6r for long rides and commuting. I rode the 6r for the first time since I got the R1 and I gotta say, whatever the R1 has in power...

6R is great, a little on the light side for power but there is enough there to keep you happy. Great commuter bike!

The heat can be really bad, especially in AZ and especially with jeans on. When it's running at 180-195 it's not too bad but when it's over 200 it gets hot! The bike does NOT like to be stopped haha and the temp goes up quick at stoplights. I'm going to get some icon riding pants and I think...

Both. Sedona is a killer place to ride and the guy at the bike shop said there are tracks all over. I'll be getting out there more when it's not 105 degrees!
