I forgot to mention my short trip up to Eklutna Lake with a buddy of mine. Awesome road. Ten miles in to the end of the road, but it's full of 25 mph posted corners. Gotta be careful for gravel in the corners though. Got a pic of the day me and my buddy, on his R1, went, and then some pics of when I went solo up there today.

Beautifull pics!! Wish I had somewhere that nice to go to, other than the north shore ( 500 mile round trip minimum and currently heavy headache construction going up there.

yep, i wanted more visibility since i do ALOT of early morning riding. lights up the ditches really well.

Well now that you have a GPS mount you dont need to see past the fog. all you have to do is listten to the voice "turn left in 200yards" trust is key. lol

I have the same mount with a Nuvi 1260t, I love it. Works very well.

This weekend I took off all the fairings and cowlings on the bike and washed and waxed it. I did this thinking that I will get the junk off that is normally covered during a wash and get that clean also. Then before I put the fairings and cowlings back on, I sprayed Motorex Plastic Care on all the black parts. Then waxed the gas tank and the fairings before putting them back on. Then Finally polished them. Even cleaned the chain. I used a 1 gallon can of kerosene dipping my grunge brush in it.. Seems to have worked pretty good in relation to my Motorex Degreaser. Thanks for the input in the other thread on Kerosene... This $11 will last longer than the $11 can of chain cleaner..
