What did you do to your bike today?

Rode up US-1 to the turnpike, and Miami International. Came home, and played around with different handlebar positions. Ended up putting them back the way I had them. Some Apex clip-ons may be in my future.

Put the bike cover on. Pouring rain and thunderstorms friday and today....my only two days off :(

Wind was so strong yesterday it ripper the cover off my bike. Had to put it back on and now I get to watch as 40mph winds and storms roll through and super chilled weather rolls through.

I changed the oil and filter for the first time by myself today. Wasn't too bad, but like what everybody else has said, that filter was a pain in the balls to get off. I ended up having to take the channel locks to it.

Also, what I want to ask is has anybody ever used "GN4" 10W40 Oil in their bike before? I found out that is what my dealer has been putting in on the last 2 oil changes so I used the same today. I never heard of it before so I hope it isn't too shitty. Says it's for Honda's

Pro Honda oils is/are good stuff. I used to run it in all my dirt bikes/atvs. just keep the level up and you'll be fine

Installed apex clip-ons and bar end mirrors. Unfortunately, managed to snap one of the throttle cable adjustment knobs... Hopefully I'll be able to get another without having to buy a new cable. It was setting up to be such a good day.

Edit: And just my luck the piece is part of the cable... So new cable on the way.

This weekend, weather permitting, I'll be installing new sprockets and chain, new tires, new brake rotor and pads, and my Vista cruise control. Getting everything ready for my 1500+ mile trip the second weekend of May.

Put on my Targe FE Kit this morning. I put about 2.5 hours into it, but I also took my time and made sure all the wiring was done nice and clean. I think it looks much better.
