What did you do to your bike today?

I found myself a fishing stereo, $23 on amazon.It has a usb port, alarm, fm tuner, for $23 it will be nice having a stereo just for washing the bike lol.I already have speakers in my helmet to hold me off until I can afford a pair of Senas for music & intercom.I'll never use that stereo while riding, my exhaust is loud enough and I'm not trying to be a complete sob lol.

I'll put them in my saddle bags if I have to like I said I won't be using them when I ride.If the alarms a pos, I thought about mounting it inside of my tank bag since I already installed quick disconnect power there.

But if the speakers are small, I thought about mounting them under the black trim piece next to the tank or behind the headlight.They will fit somewhere

I got my frame mount highway pegs in and installed today. Cant wait to try them out when the weather gets uncrappy.

they look great! im sure you will love them. I use mu frame sliders for that purpose lol

After a lonnnnnnng winter that doesn't seem to wanna quit (there's still snow on the ground)...I started it up.

Today, since there was a good long soaker of a rain yesterday, which I'm pretty sure washed all the salt off the road, she's comin out of the garage and I'm taking her for a spin. High of 9 Celcius today is within my threshold so it's happening lol.

Usually I'm patient but I'm going up north to work all summer long and there's no roads to travel on with the 6r. Truck country, and it would probably be stolen.

Installed the fender eliminator kit with smaller led turns.

Sulked some more...it was warm enough to ride...but alas it is still at the mechanics....this is getting old!

Finally changed plugs and tried E3's after reading about them and the problems they have on certain vehicles was pleasantly surprised when I started it up and ran it hard. No complaints so far.

long story short mechanics are dragging their feet!

they have had it since February 19th to do the following

+1" cables (throttle & clutch) - since then I have had them order std size as it was going to be another 4 weeks (2 weeks ago)

-injector synch
-air filter
-plugs
- valve adjust
-time chain tensioner
-oil change
-chain lube & adjust
-block off plates

who knows they use the excuse waiting on parts a lot....

hell I had already taken all the plastics off.... and I mean all the plastics...

I'll do everything but the sprocket as soon as the box gets here.
