so the season begins

Started putting the bike back together last night...

Started it...and was doing the once over on it...I knew I needed a chain...but it looks like I am do for sprockets too.

I did get the clutch mid cable adjustment sorted out that had me pissed off six way to Sunday last year!

I'm going to be doing the same over spring break when it comes next week. I plan on swapping out the air filter and doing my carb sync. I did everything else before I put her away for the winter.

The chain and sprockets were done last spring, and were surprisingly easy.

Totally forgot the air filter...I will check that this weekend...

Its getting its oil changed and sprockets in the nex two weeks at a private shop...

just had the chain and front tire replaced, got an oil change and ive noticed my bike heats up faster now, im thinking the shop must have used a lower viscosity oil or any thoughts on why?

IMO chain and sprockets should always be replaced together anyways.

Except this is my third chain in 26,000 miles as the bike used to sit outside..

Hold on you took your bike in for an oil change and didn't even find out what was put in your engine?

You're the reason why crooked shops exist still, guys like you make it too easy.
