sprockets

I want to change my sprockets for max acceleration. I have no idea wht sizes sprockets to buy nor the chain. Can some please tell me the number of teeth i want for both sprockets and a chain that would fit nice. I have a 2013 fz6r so if you can help pls do thank alot! Also has anyone done...

Started putting the bike back together last night... Started it...and was doing the once over on it...I knew I needed a chain...but it looks like I am do for sprockets too. I did get the clutch mid cable adjustment sorted out that had me pissed off six way to Sunday last year!

Is there a way to tell if the sprocket(s) have been changed without taking things apart?

My chain & sprockets still look pretty good after almost 16,000 miles, but I want to replace them. Has anyone seen any recent discounts out there? Is there a best source?

Ok so im going to be going to a -2, +3 config on my front and rear sprockets what kind of loss in top speed can i expect from such big change in gearing , the reason im doing it is to gain torque for better wheelies and faster acceleration any tips/ suggestions
