It was a last minute decision we were going to meet up with some friends for a 4/20 bowl jam in Richmond. We left Thursday night, bikes packed with bicycles and camping equipment.
This is what our set up looked like:

bikes on back ready to roll...

We left 8:30 pm from Rhode Island rode for about 4.5 hours and made a stop in Perth Amboy area in New Jersey... The ride was crazy cool driving through the Jersey turnpike passing rigs at night. It was a fogy night and a little wet, but we made it and got a hotel in Jersey someplace.

They did, but the place was just a really weird and sketchy. A place where you might pay for the hour or two hours. The place we stayed in Jersey we were able to ride the bikes right in no curbs to jump.

So the next day we continued on south, stopped in Sayersville NJ to ride the park for couple hours. We stopped at a Home Depot, and i noticed a guy walking around the bikes with his phone in his hand, but I didn't really payed to much attention to him. So we continued rode out the parking lot and with in 2 seconds of pulling out we got pulled over.....
The cops were cool asking where we were going and bla bla bla. One cop was making fun of us asking why we would do it on bike and that we didn't have cars. so finally we were pulled over because someone called 911 on us because bubba has Mass plates and I have R.I plates, and all the stuff that was going on in Boston with those two Terrorists on the run. Hmmm Two guys on motorcycles with camping equipment, backpacks, Mass plate, Rhode Island Plate, and bicycles strapped to the back sounds really sketchy. lol, some one out the we were terrorists or something. lol.
So we continued hopped on the Jersey Parkway south to 195 west to finally the Turnpike and we got out of Jersey. That ride was awesome doing about 85MPH the whole way. Driving over the Delaware bridge was awesome to.
We continued and tried to make it to Baltimore before it started to rain. We made it to about 30 miles from Baltimore and its started to pour, so we stopped got food and looked for another Motel. The cheapest was 4 miles north so it ment riding in the rain, on the highway, at night. Scariest thing ive ever done. Finally we made it, parked the bikes, and found the closest bar to party a little bit. If your ever in Aberdeen MD look for the Green Turtle cool place.
bikes again parked in the room except this time we had to hop 2 curbs.
