Sea Foam... Opinions??

I read one of the members added "Sea Foam" to the gas tank on his FZ6R.

I, recently, tried it on my old work truck. It had been running a little rough and I thought the fuel injectors might be dirty. So I followed the instructions and SLOWLY poured some down a vacuum line and added the rest to my tank. I was a little leery about adding it to the crankcase oil, so I passed on that instruction.

My truck appears to be running a little better. There wasn't that much smoke, as compared to the videos I saw on youtube. I'm hoping that after I run out the rest of the gas/seafoam mixture and fill up with "gas only" I'll see more of an improvement.

Has anyone else used this product on their car, truck, motorcycle??

Use it all the time. Love it. On the truck and cars only in gas and vacuum. Bike, gas only. I dont put in oil either.

wow according to this if you add 1oz of seafoam per gallon to you bike it will become new again, sing the national anthem and grab the mail for you on the way home.

I had tried other fuel injector cleaners on my old work truck and it seemed to help initially, but soon reverted back to the rough idle.

I didn't want to put a lot of money into the old girl, but felt she was worth an attempt at a real top end engine clean, but I didn't want to pay the dealer $200+ for this service.

I heard about Sea Foam on this local car repair radio show, so I did some research and wanted to try it. Especially the method of pouring some down the vacuum line. So I put about half down the vacuum line and half in the tank. I've just about ran out the gas/seafoam mixture and I am seeing some improvement, whether the idle continues to stay smooth is yet to be seen; but I'm hopeful.
