So I saw this thread pop up and thought I'd post up a 1 year before and after. I'm dow a total of 50 lbs. Still have about 20 to go, but I'm happy with the results so far.

November 2011


10 months later September 2012 (I haven't lost or gained anything since then - Kind of at a plateau :confused: )


XXL shirt down to a Large. 40" jeans that were tight to 36". I've still got more to go but I'm proud of my progress. I was even able to get my wedding ring on that I haven't worn in 8 years. Hopefully by this time next year I'll be down to 180lbs to meet my ultimate goal.

Great job! I know weight loss is a hard thing to work at (I lost 60 pounds a few years ago) but slow and steady wins the race. Keep up the great work, you should be proud of yourself! :thumbup:
