Dual Underseat Exhaust

Okay, I don't know if I am waaaaaay behind in the exhaust section but I wish I hadn't bought my TBR and Juicebox so quickly, no regrets on sound or performance because check this out!

Misprint, its for the Fz6 not Fz6r.The Fz6 alwasy had an undertail exhaust

This is basically a bait-switch. There is only 1 setup style of two Bros. It would be the one you have with different series. They are showing the wrong pic. If you go to twobros.com you can look at the diff. FZ6R ones avail.

Well, I have some good new if you were considering using a center stand. I need about 1/4" more clearance for it to clear the can... thanks for the offset of the Danmoto slip-on. Just a little change in the design and both set up with or without the center stand will fit! So now I can install my center stand! LOL

SWEET!!! There was one concern taken care of. I would like center stand to use at time not always having to pull my rear stand out and take off the V46.. (find it really hard to set bike on/off stand with the case on it, harder to get arm around to help balance support bike). Now I just need the funds and someone to sell their stock exhaust for good price - I want to keep my stock packed away in case ever were to sell and not ride into the ground 50 yrs from now!

that's great marthy. i'm sure you'll be able to get the 1/4" you need. so glad to hear this. i'm actually liking the shape of that can a little better than a round can. seems to meld with the bike a bit better. well sometime by the time fall is over with i'll be ready to purchase and definitely looking forward to it. thanks for all you do marthy.

Sellers like this piss me off, because they say it will fit, but in actuality, what you get will not look like that. The part number they list is for the Titanium Full System that everyone knows. Putting the different picture with it, doesn't change that. I think people still struggle with the differences of the FZ6 and FZ6R

An undertail exhaust is pretty much impossible for the FZ6R, because there is just no room for it. The swing arm would have to be moved back as to offer better clearance, and even still, the rear tail design just doesn't work with under tails. People have enough trouble with the tire hitting the license plate with a fender eliminator, and now you want to put cans under there? Hopefully more people see this, so that will put the undertail exhaust to bed for the 6R.

What I like about this can is the fact that it doesn't look cheap. I was very impress when Chad send me his slip-on to fit his FZ1. The quality is top notch and the DBK is quite nice too compare to the Viper one. No hardware required. It just fit inside the inlet of the slip-on.

I was going to put few miles on one of the Danmoto to give it a try but that thing is not coming out now!

Over 3000 miles with my marthy's exhaust going strong. Get compliments everywhere I go. I'm sure marthy and many others have more miles than me on his exhaust system but I can't drive mine to work every day. For some reason it's hard to tow a mini excavator with a fz6r. Haha

I like it! Sound a bit different comoare to the Viper can. Without the DBK its a biy loud... but I got usr to the DBK on the Viper can now for quite some time.

Looks good Martin, still I wish the carbon can had worked out. Love the look of it. Still loving my Viper w/out the DBKiller. Love clutchless downshifts especially going downhill with lots of back pressure. :drool: You are definitely the master of the 6R exhaust :bow:Adv Gear Rev B and Accel Pump =

++1 The FZ6 battery is also up front under the tank, well out of the way, to allow space for the pipes and cat to pass through

Side Note: at trackday last weekend got plenty of praise for my Marthy system:thumbup:

Thanks. I made my own brackets too. It's very loud and that's good. I'm using pcv with auto tune and I used the two brothers base map to start.... Took me like 7 hours to install pcv, auto tune, fit exhaust, and assemble. Most of the time was fitting. I used some exhaust pipe from a Nissan juke I had laying around and the bend was perfect, I used part of the resonator for the reducer. So piping was free, and quality. I used some 1/8"x1.5" bar stock and cut, bent, and ground for brackets that bolt in factory locations. When I disassemble the bike in the winter for suspension, cams, etc i will send it to get ceramic coated

There's some days!!! Ordered a DBK for the Viper can 2 days ago and the order hasn't been proceed yet! I'm getting there...

I seriously considering not offering the Viper can anymore. The Danmoto is a much better can and customer service is top notch!

Seriously... 2 days!!!

EDIT: Oh, finally got my PayPal invoice after 2 email and 2 phone call today!
