I pulled the trigger... I walked into the Yamaha/Kawi shop today, just to hang out and saw the below bike.... I fell in love. I got a great trade in for my 6R. I know, I know let the "I thought he was a yamaha guy." or the "thought he loved his 6R." start. Let me tell you, I loved the 6R. Great bike. But this one just caught my eye

You won't even have to change your gear colors, now will ya? Ha ha, that's half the fun of buying a new bike; getting new matching gear.

Once you get to go into the green on the tach (aka happy zone) hang on! Buddy of mine has a 2010, and this bikes a beast. 155 in 5th 170 top speed. Be safe.

Ugh so jealous. Rode this model this weekend, it is one hell of a bike. I hope to get one of these, or a ZX10R at some point in the next few years. Most likely the 6, it handles better than anything else I have ever touched.

Definitely want to see some vids, even though this is a FZ6R forum! Congratulations!

Chris, did you look at the black/ red 2011 R6 at all, cuz it also has a really nice color scheme... If anything, my guess is the ZX6R felt more comfortable than the R6?

The FZ6R is a Gateway bike.
It's like Marijuana...after a while you want something stronger.

Some of us like touring bikes and others like sportbikes and some like cruisers.
Looks like The Rook is geezing heroin....
