In case it wasn't obvious, you'll lose your ability to carry passengers with those too. Which may be a good thing if you don't want to have to carry people around.

worth is subjective.

they weigh significantly less.

they look SIGNIFICANTLY better. the oem rear sets are an atrocity.

they are adjustable for multiple riding positions. high and tight or low and loose.

is it worth it to spend a grand on an exhaust/fuel control to gain 5 horses? I don't think so but I still spent it.

it's entirely up to you to decide.
