That's what the speedometer said. I live in California and we have huge open roads. The bike always has felt good, very solid at high speed.
Well I'm not saying I do or do not try to achieve top speed on public roads, but if I did, I would do it on a long, dry, well lit, well maintained, straight stretch of traffic free highway that I was very familiar with. And I would have gone around 135mph according to my stock geared speedo.Please dont be testing top speeds on public roads people... You do not want to crash at those speeds. The chances of you surviving are slim to none. One hit of a car, a guard rail, a tree, a rock, etc and you are done for. Does not matter what gear you are wearing at those speeds. Tracks have sand run offs, grass, etc.
And God forbid you take anyone else out with you. Seriously.
